As part of her duties, she supports DRFortress’ Diverse Paths program, an initiative with a dual mission to support educational and networking events focused on IT and technology as well as participate in community service and events to support local businesses.

After graduating from Sonoma State University in the California northern bay area, she held different digital communications and IT roles before heading to Hawaii.

“About a year ago, I left the hustle of Silicon Valley to follow my heart. I quickly found myself in pursuit of the expanding tech industry in Hawaii,” she said. “During the quarantine, I took classes to expand my skill set in Salesforce and digital marketing. After interviewing with DRFortress, I knew it was a perfect fit.”

Maureen continues to enjoy her day-to-day work at DRFortress. She says the best part about working there is the abundance of opportunities that enable her to grow with an amazing team. With her co-workers’ support, Maureen pushes herself to continuously learn and grow within her position and is always enhancing processes and implementing new technologies to improve the employee and customer experience. Most recently, Maureen’s been working on enhancing the company’s Salesforce initiative, and new events for Diverse Paths.

“Our recent community and partner events have been a success, and I’m proud to be part of a company that is not only a leader in technology, but a leader within the Hawaiian business community. From beach clean ups to community outreach, I’m so excited for our upcoming events that will bring Hawaiians together to positively impact the Islands.”

Maureen currently resides in Honolulu. In her spare time, she enjoys paddle boarding and you might spot her at one of her favorite eateries – The Food Company for plate lunch.
