Welcome back to another installment of our “Meet the DRFortress Team” blog series.
Our featured employee is Randall Sebastian, Account Manager at DRFortress. Randall works directly with the Hawaii business community to deliver DRFortress’ industry-leading colocation and cloud services that are flexible, scalable and affordable. He is a telecom sales veteran and reaches every corner of the business community, including retail, construction, hospitality, entertainment, automotive, nonprofit and food service. 
Randall launched his career with tech giant, T-Mobile, and then changed course by taking a marketing role with the University of Phoenix Honolulu campus. At the university, he developed and maintained critical business partnerships with various organizations in Hawaii.
Randall says the best part about working at DRFortress is the people and team environment. He feels that the DRFortress culture sets a standard for camaraderie and support while, at the same time, serving customers and giving back to the community. In fact, the company recently put into place a community outreach program called Diverse Paths. This program helps data center employees support educational and networking events that focus on IT and technology and participate in community service events that support local businesses.

Believing that continued education is paramount to career success, Randall holds several degrees. He received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management before continuing on to earn three more degrees! He has master’s degrees in Business Administration, Education and Public Administration.
Randall is a Hawaiian native – both born and raised – and currently resides in the Honolulu Ala Moana area. In his spare time, he enjoys collecting Funko Pop and Pokémon trading cards.
